Terms of Use
The rules for authorized use of Many UGC across creator workflows, campaign operations, creative approvals, and connected social metrics.
What This Is
These terms cover your use of Many UGC, the platform we use to run content campaigns with our team, our creators, and our clients. By signing in or using the platform, you're agreeing to them. If you're using it on behalf of a company or team, you're confirming you're allowed to.
Who Can Use It
Many UGC is invite-only. You can use it only if you've been invited, as a team member, a creator on our roster, or through a campaign application, and only for the work that invitation covers.
Keep your login to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account. If you think your account or a connected social account has been compromised, tell us at support@weoper8.com right away.
Your Content
You'll upload things: draft videos, captions, portfolio work, messages, application answers. You keep ownership of what you make. You're confirming you have the rights to what you upload, and you're giving us the permission we need to host it, process it, show it to the people who review and manage your campaigns, and use it to run those campaigns. That includes automated analysis of draft videos (transcription and AI review) as part of the approval workflow.
Publishing happens only on your say-so. If you turn on auto-publish for an approved video, we'll post it to the account you picked. We don't post to your accounts otherwise.
Connected Accounts
Only connect social accounts you actually own or are authorized to manage. When you connect an account through Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or YouTube's login flow, you're authorizing us to use the permissions you approve on their consent screen. If you or your team add a public handle for tracking instead, you're confirming you're authorized to have that handle tracked for the campaign.
Your use of those platforms stays governed by their own terms. We're not responsible for their outages, API changes, review decisions, or data delays. If Meta or TikTok has a bad day, some numbers arrive late.
If a team stores login details for a brand-owned account in the platform, those details may only be used for the campaign work they were shared for, by the people authorized to see them.
Payments
Payments between the team and creators, such as pay-per-post, retainers, and leaderboard prizes, are agreed and settled outside the platform. Many UGC records the numbers (posts delivered, rates, payout ledgers) but doesn't move money.
What You Can't Do
Don't use the platform to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or upload anything malicious. Don't try to access accounts, campaigns, or data you weren't given access to. Don't scrape or bulk-export platform data without permission. Don't misrepresent your posting activity or connect accounts that aren't yours to connect.
Campaign strategy, creator details, stored credentials, internal feedback, and client reports are confidential. Use them for the work they were shared for, nowhere else.
Report Links
If we share a report, progress, or strategy link with you as a client, it's for you and your team. The data on it is confidential to the campaign, so don't republish it.
Availability and Changes
We improve the platform constantly, which means features, integrations, and reports will change, and occasionally break. The platform depends on third-party infrastructure and social platform APIs, so we can't promise uninterrupted access, real-time data, or error-free reporting, and we don't.
Termination
We can suspend or end access if these terms are violated, if an account creates a security risk, or when a working relationship ends. After access ends, campaign records, reports, and audit logs may be retained for legitimate business, legal, or security purposes. See the Privacy Policy for how deletion requests work.
The Legal Bit
The platform is provided as-is and as-available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement) and we're not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the platform.
Changes and Contact
If we change these terms materially, we'll update the effective date and let active users know. Questions: support@weoper8.com.
