Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Many UGC for campaign operations, creator collaboration, creative approvals, account integrations, metrics reporting, and related workflows.

By accessing Many UGC, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Many UGC on behalf of a company, brand, creator team, or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to use Many UGC for that organization.

Many UGC is invite-only. You may use Many UGC only if you are an authorized user and only for legitimate campaign, creator, content review, reporting, or operational purposes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify Many UGC support if you believe your account or connected social platform access has been compromised.

You may upload or submit creative files, comments, campaign resources, social account information, performance data, and other materials through Many UGC. You represent that you have the rights needed to provide those materials and use them in connection with the relevant campaign workflows.

You grant Many UGC the rights necessary to host, process, display, route, review, and use submitted materials for operating the platform and managing the applicable campaigns.

If you connect Instagram or TikTok, you authorize Many UGC to request and use the permissions you approve through the provider's OAuth flow. Current integrations support account identification and eligible media or performance metric access for campaign reporting.

You are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of any connected third-party platform. Many UGC is not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions, review decisions, or data delays caused by Instagram, TikTok, Meta, ByteDance, or their related services.

You may not use Many UGC to violate laws, infringe rights, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operations, scrape or export data without authorization, misrepresent campaign activity, or connect accounts you are not authorized to manage.

You may not share confidential campaign information, creator information, credentials, OAuth access, or internal Many UGC data outside approved campaign and business workflows.

Many UGC may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time, including features, integrations, reports, sync behavior, and access rules.

Many UGC depends on third-party infrastructure and provider APIs. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, real-time social platform data, or error-free reporting.

Campaign strategy, creator assignments, credentials, internal comments, creative review notes, and performance reports available through Many UGC may be confidential. You agree to use that information only for authorized campaign or business purposes.

Many UGC is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Many UGC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Many UGC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the platform.

Many UGC may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these Terms, creates security risk, no longer requires access, or uses the platform outside authorized workflows.

After access ends, certain campaign, reporting, security, and audit records may remain available to authorized internal users as needed for business, legal, or operational purposes.
